I inspect all the visible safety concerns and conditions of the primary structure features of your home or home to be. Areas include but are not limited to the following: pavement on the property, foundation, siding, roof, gutters, water pressure, porches in entries, steps, decks, railings, doors, door hardware, floors, walls, ceilings, windows, kitchen and bathroom appliances, fixtures and plumbing, electrical switches and outlets, heating and cooling systems, power panels, water heater, laundry area, attached and detached garages, attic and crawlspace, and landscape including trees and shrubs.
Inspection time takes approximately two hours. The inspection process is engaging, informative, and interactive. I use a solution area-based approach, thoroughly describing the levels of deferred maintenance and possible major deficiencies present on the structures that you are looking to purchase. I also educate buyers on the maintenance necessary to owning a home in the Pacific Northwest and the life expectancy of all the major components.
Right away, I will provide you with any pertinent information, so you can sleep well at night. In most cases, you will then receive your complete and organized report with summary and photos within 24 hours. My reports are clear and concise without a bunch of fluff and filler. You’ll find that I’m direct both in person and on paper.
